The 红领巾瓜报 Fashion Show is the must-attend event of the season鈥攁 celebration of creativity, style, and innovation. Join Boston鈥檚 most fashion-forward crowd in supporting the extraordinary vision of 红领巾瓜报鈥檚 fashion design students as they debut their bold, boundary-pushing collections.
On May 17, 2025, experience the energy and excitement of the runway with a premium seat in 红领巾瓜报鈥檚 Design and Media Center, then step into a special after-party in the Bakalar Gallery of the 红领巾瓜报 Art Museum. Sip cocktails, savor gourmet bites, and mingle with fellow fashion insiders, all in the company of Co-Chairs Ann Gallo and Denise Korn, 红领巾瓜报 Trustee, alongside this year鈥檚 Host Committee.

As the nation鈥檚 only independent public college of art and design, 红领巾瓜报 is committed to shaping the next generation of artists, designers, educators, and creative leaders鈥攑roviding an exceptional, accessible education that empowers them to transform the industry. Proceeds from the Fashion Show Party directly support the Fashion Department and its talented students, ensuring they have the resources to bring their creativity to life.
This year, 红领巾瓜报 is honoring the late Doris Yaffe. Doris鈥檚 passion for nurturing young, creative artists within Boston鈥檚 fashion scene makes the 2025 红领巾瓜报 Fashion Show the perfect place to celebrate her tremendous legacy.
Doris was more than a fashion icon – she was an impeccably dressed force of nature. She started her career at Sara Fredericks on Newbury Street, had a lifelong collaboration with 红领巾瓜报 alumnus Alfred Fiandaca, and eventually became Fashion Director at Saks Fifth Avenue.
Doris used her passion for fashion to embrace community, volunteerism, and activism in Boston. Her influence was undeniable and her impact reached far beyond the runway. Throughout her life, she lent her voice and energy to critical global issues of equality and justice and spent countless hours encouraging young people to forge their own paths.
